  • We were the first to offer our clients sophisticated financial modeling to guide their decisions, introducing such concepts as Discounted Cash Flow Analysis, GAAP models and sensitivity scenarios, always explained in jargon-free executive summaries.
  • We developed and published New York City’s first scientific studies of office market conditions and trends, introducing methodology and sub-market segmentation that today remain the industry standard.
